Hey y’all! With the start of school quickly approaching (or having already started for some), there’s no better time than to do a back to school series! Or, as I like to call it, B2S for short. Today’s post is going to be all about my backpack essentials, and how I organize it!
- Laptop & charger
- Lip Balm
- Books, binders, & folders
- Pencil Case
Pencil Case Essentials
- Colored pens
- Sticky notes
- Extra lead
- White out
Other Helpful Things to Have:
- Body spray
- Nail file
- Hand sanitizer
- Feminine products (I keep mine in a little pouch!)
- Hair ties/bobby pins (also in the pouch)
- Portable Charger & cord
This year, I’m using this backpack from Vera Bradley. I find that it’s the perfect size to fit everything I need! So, let’s get into how I organize my bag.
Main (Big) Pouch
Here, I like to keep all the main school essentials such as my laptop, notebooks, folders, and binders. In addition to these, I keep my pencil case and planner there too. All the important things I need for school.
Second (Medium) Pouch
This is the most important pouch for me. This is where I keep my nail file, body spray, my laptop charger, iPhone cord and portable charger, Advil, and Pamprin here. So basically, this pouch has everything I could possibly need for an emergency.
Front (Small) Pouch
I keep my calculator and my pouch here. I highly recommend every girl has one. I use mine to keep small odds and ends such as hair ties, bobby pins, and feminine products, and bandaids here. Super helpful!
Besides keeping my water bottle here (I use a CamelBak! Super great for staying hydrated), I keep my Apple earbuds, gum, and chapstick. This is a great spot for them since it’s so easy to grab something when you ned it!
One thing not mentioned in the breakdown is where I keep my hand sanitizer. I love, love, LOVE! the Bath & Body Works ones. Plus, they have super cute holders for them. I usually keep this on the strap of my backpack.
That’s it for my backpack essentials! Stay tuned for the next B2S post!
